Totally Driven Entertainment celebrated their 5th Anniversary in style last night with a rock n roll bash to not only celebrate their 5 years of existence, but also the launch of their new Philadelphia based entertainment magazine.
The party took place at The Whiskey Tango in Philadelphia, in which Totally Driven Entertainment had 4 bands on the bill, Philly locals Dan Parsels, who put on a blistering hard rock set of originals and classic KISS tunes. Next up was Philly’s answer to 70’s Glitter Glam that would make Marc Bolan come back to life in a jealous rage of not being able to play with them. Which we saw lead singer Chris DiPinto at one point standing on top of the bar tables in his platform shoes playing to the crowd.
Then making her Philly debut, the girl who has been making a big buzz in the music biz with her single & video “I Hate You”, Rachel Lorin which saw Rachel and her band tear up the stage with originals, and covers and also joined by special guest, Lead Singer of TNT and good friend of Totally Dirven Entertainment Tony Harnell, which he joined Rachel for covers of Judas Priest’s “Breakin the Law”, and Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song”.
Headlining the show was the Heavy Metal tribute to the Bee Gees, and Ultimate Party band, Tragedy which did a 90 min set of their revamped versions of Bee Gees and other disco classics mixed with their sexually based comedy routine to top off the end of the night bringing about 20 girls on stage to dance with them to close out the show.
This night was an amazing night for everyone involved in Totally Driven Entertainment by hitting this 5 year milestone, having this amazing lineup of bands to throw a party with and the bands as well who all just had a bash.
